Project Development & Operations

Executing the golf course construction work with the project team in consultation with the Golf Course Architect.
Developing, directing and coordinating all programs related to the maintenance and construction of the golf course.
Developing operational policies and procedures to guide the support staff in the care of grounds, buildings, structures, and related equipment.
Coordinating with the Site Engineer’s, Construction Contractor’s, Interior Designer’s, Architects etc.
Leading the project team to meet the construction deadlines.
Coordinating with various vendors to meet the project development related requirements.

Specifying and authorizing the purchase of materials and equipment required to maintain effective golf operations and maintenance, and participates in the preparation and monitoring of contracts for buildings, pro shops, services, construction, and other golf course activities.

Supervising the routine maintenance and repair of golf course equipment.
